| Bio: | Laura Cadman is a lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps and an Explosives Expert. After seeing active service during the Gulf War and with the US Secret Service, she served as an instructor for a time before being assigned to the Atlantis Expedition. On a survey mission from Atlantis, she and Rodney McKay were scooped up by a Wraith Dart. Although their comrades were able to retrieve the dart, they could initially only rematerialize one of the captives. McKay was rematerialized but soon discovered that Cadman's consciousness was sharing his mind. The two shared McKay's body until he discovered a way to retrieve her body and separate their minds. Cadman remained on Atlantis where she helped expose Colonel Steven Caldwell's involvement with the Trust. She also had a brief relationship with Dr. Carson Beckett while stationed on Atlantis.
